Rental Requirements
To rent or drive a vehicle from CCS, you must possess the following:

• Full automotive insurance. We will verify your insurance coverage prior to delivering the vehicle to you. Depending upon your coverage, supplemental liability and/or collision insurance may be required and is available for a nominal fee.
• A valid driver's license
• A major credit card in your name
• A safe driving record; you may be subject to a DMV check and/or verification by your insurance company.
• Be twenty-five (25) years old or older

Vehicle Delivery
Complimentary vehicle delivery and retrieval is available within a certain radius of CCS. For delivery and retrieval outside of this radius, including area airports and resorts and destinations beyond Chicago and Illinois, reasonable fees may apply. Simply inform us of your plans, and we will work with you to accommodate them.

Vehicle Orientation
For renters who are unfamiliar with the features and equipment of their rental vehicle/s, an orientation will be provided. We will take the time to instruct you on the performance, safety, and entertainment features of the vehicle/s.

Special Services
Concierge Car Service is a service-oriented company. Our staff is available to handle special requests for important events such as weddings, business trips, anniversaries, and birthdays. Pre-programmed GPS navigation systems and custom CD musical selections are just a few examples of the additional services that are offered. Please be sure to let us know how we can enhance your experience.

Special Equipment
Should you require infant or child seats, as required by Illinois law, please let us know. If you have other requests, we will work to meet your needs.

Roadside Assistance
All rental vehicles come with 24-hour roadside assistance from a national auto service should you require any support.

Vehicle Guarantee
There is no need to select a secondary vehicle choice. Once we confirm your information, your chosen vehicle is reserved for you, barring any unforeseen circumstances like vehicle service or required repairs.

International Drivers
International drivers must provide a valid foreign driver’s license and passport. Additional deposit and insurance options may be required.

Additional Drivers
You may authorize additional persons to drive your rental automobile for an additional fee. Any additional drivers must be present at the time of rental and vehicle delivery and must meet the same requirements as the primary renter.

Mileage Allowance and Charges
We will work with you to meet your travel and driving requirements without penalty or excess charges. Mileage allowance may vary by vehicle and date.

Driving Area Restrictions
We can accommodate your travel requirements anywhere in the United States, however certain restrictions may apply. In order to better serve you, you are required to advise us if you are taking the vehicle out of the state of Illinois.

Rental Rates
All rental rates are based on a minimum 24 hour (1 day) period, and are subject to change. Our rates do not include taxes, which amount to just over 20% of the total rental charges. Please contact us directly to confirm rates and charges.

Deposit
Depending on the vehicle, date or other details, a substantial deposit may be required.

Refueling Charge
All of our vehicles will be delivered to you with a full tank of fuel. You are responsible for fully refueling the vehicle upon return, or you will be charged per gallon for any difference.

Late Charge
Because we pride ourselves on prompt and professional delivery of our automobiles to our customers, if you do not meet your scheduled return date or time, a minimum one-day rental charge will apply and be added to your payment.

Cancellation Charge
We will do everything possible to assist with any changes that your schedule demands, however we must be notified at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time in order to avoid charging one day’s rental fee. If you notify us less than 24 hours in advance of your delivery time, 100% percent of the total rental reservation price will be charged.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. One of these credit cards in your name is required to reserve and rent an automobile and a deposit or authorization voucher for all rental charges will be taken.

Driving Rules and Regulations

No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.

No off-road driving
Use of vehicles off of paved roads and official streets is strictly prohibited.

Production Use
If you would like to use any of our vehicles for exhibition, photography, or tradeshow use, please advise us and we can arrange delivery for you.
